Instruction:
1- Using heat press "preferably "
2- press heat material 2 second to prep shirt
3- lace it face down on material
4- press at 345°-375° for 8 sec
6- release press then slowly pull paper carring sheet off.
7- you may need to press it for a couple additional second to get it completely down or seal edges especially if your not using professional press.
